Destination weddings · Ecuador

Marry in a private forest, fifteen minutes from the airport.

Couples travelling from the United States, Canada and Europe come to the Quito valley for one reason: the whole wedding fits inside a single property, planned by a single team. No vendor list, no nine-hour-time-difference logistics.

Why Ecuador works for a destination wedding

Quito sits on the equator at high altitude, which means there is no summer and no winter — daylight and temperature stay remarkably steady all year. The valley towns of Puembo and Tumbaco sit several hundred metres lower than the city, drier and warmer, which is why almost every wedding venue in the region is concentrated there.

Practically, it also means guests can combine the wedding with the Galápagos, the Amazon or the Andes without a second long-haul flight. Most stay a week.

One team instead of eleven vendors

We own the venues, run the kitchen, build the furniture and coordinate the day ourselves. For a couple planning from abroad, that is the whole point: one contract, one budget figure, one person answering messages.

Planning happens over video calls. Menus are agreed from tasting notes and confirmed at a tasting when you arrive. Floor plans, floral direction and the run of show are settled before you land.

The two venues

Villa Fiorenza

A private eucalyptus forest in Puembo with a central clearing for the ceremony. Shaded, intimate, and the reason most couples choose us. Up to 250 guests.

Villa Lagos

Open gardens, reflecting pools and a view across the valley. Brighter and larger, built for sunset ceremonies and wide receptions. Up to 300 guests.

Frequently asked

How far is the venue from Quito airport?
About fifteen minutes by car. Guests can land and be at the venue before unpacking, which matters when half the guest list is arriving from abroad.
Can we plan the whole thing remotely?
Yes. Most international couples plan entirely over video calls and arrive a few days early. Because everything is in-house, there is one point of contact rather than eleven.
When is the best time of year?
Outdoor ceremonies work year round in the valley. June to September and December are the busiest and book earliest, often ten to twelve months ahead.
What about the legal side of marrying in Ecuador?
The civil ceremony can take place at the venue on the same day as the reception, coordinated with a notary. Documentation requirements depend on your nationality, so confirm the current rules with your consulate — we will tell you what we have seen other couples do, but this is not legal advice.
